Edelzwicker : A harmonic combination of several vine varieties, a light, pleasant wine for cooking and as a starter.
The white - Le Blanc de Zink : This one is likewise a combination, but of higher quality than the previous one. It is excellent as a starter. Light and pleasant in summer. A refreshing, coherent and versatile wine.
Sylvaner : Superbly fresh, light, and distinctly fruity. Lively and dry, pleasant and refreshing, ideally goes well with meat and sausage platters, quiches and seafood.
Pinot Blanc : Mild and delicate, a fusion of freshness and suppleness. Enjoyable with starters, shellfish, fish, salads and rustic buffets.
Muscat : Dry, inimitably fruity. It presents the exquisite feeling of biting into fresh grapes. As aperitif among friends, receptions, desserts, many cheeses – and with asparagus.
Riesling : Simultaneously virile, dry, classy, fresh and pleasantly fruity, with occasional mineral or bloomy appeals. Peerless with fish, shellfish, seafood, fowls and of course with the Alsatian sauerkraut.
Pinot Gris : (formerly Tokay): The noblest of wines with food. Rich, round, retentive, with complex aromas of wild soil, occasionally slightly smoky. Excellent with game birds, light meat, roast, smoked salmon and fish in sauce.
Gewurztraminer : Virile, full-bodied, with a rich aroma of fruits, flowers (rose) or spices (cinnamon). An enticer, perfect with exotic dishes, strong cheeses and desserts.
Pinot Noir : The only vine variety in Alsace that brings out a red wine. A powerful, impressive round wine with an aroma of red fruits. Goes well with roast, game and red meat and grilled dishes.
Rosé d'Alsace : élaboré à base d'une seignée de Pinot noir ; avec sa robe brillante et rosée, ses arômes de fruits rouges, frais et léger ; c'est un vin d'été. Il agrémentera à merveille grillades, barbecues, pizzas et buffets.

Made from a combination of vine varieties (Pinot, Riesling), it symbolises the celebration par excellence. From aperitif to desserts, it enriches every festive occasion.
Crémant d’Alsace rosé Brut Millésimé: Fresh and round, bloomy, with an aroma of red fruits, it diffuses a festive mood.
Crémant d'Alsace brut millésimé (vintage) : With a discreet fruity freshness with casual bloomy notes, it is the wine for all occasions. The constancy and finesse of its sparkle accounts for its elegance.
Our "Grands Crus Steinert"
From vine nurtured on a special terrain, it is the result of special time and effort and strict regime. With its great complexity and strength, it combines well with more elaborate and refined dishes.
Riesling Grand Cru Steinert : The pride of our terrain. It is dry and upright with an aroma of ripe fruits and occasional hint of minerals. More lusty and full-bodied than the classic Riesling, it ideally suits various seafood and piquant fish.
Pinot Gris Grand Cru Steinert : Formerly known as Tokay, this wine has an aroma of ultra-ripe to conserved fruits with occasional echoes of forest soil. It is excellent with foie gras (stuffed goose liver), as well as elaborate fish and meat dishes. It is also an aperitif.
Gewürztraminer Grand Cru Steinert : Lusty, complex, full-bodied, occasionally velvety smooth, with an aroma of tropical fruits and spices. Excellent with exotic dishes and refined sour-sweet taste, as well as strong cheeses and desserts.
"Vendanges Tardives" and "Sélections de Grains Nobles"
In this "Vendanges Tardives" you’ll find very virile and complex wines. More velvety than the classic wines and Grand Crus, they are mostly served with desserts. These wines will inspire you with their elegant harmony, complexity and lingering finish. They’ll mark your most memorable moments with their nobility.
Riesling Spätlese : Lusty, with an aroma of white blossoms. Ideal with fish in sauce or refined food.
Pinot Gris Spätlese : (formerly Tokay Spätlese): Honey notes combine harmoniously in an aroma of ultra ripe fruits or dry fruits. Round and velvety, a wine to accompany desserts or as aperitif.
Gewürztraminer Spätlese : A very impressive and aromatic wine. An aroma of roses, of tropical fruits like lychee, occasionally pineapple, and also with a spicy hint of pepper and cinnamon. Round and luxurious and thereby supplies a certain freshness that makes it perfect with the most sweet and most complex desserts.
"Sélections de Grains Nobles" are exceptional wines, too rich to be relished with food. Generally they are stored at the far end of the cellar and wait for the very special occasion. They are extremely fruity and velvety wines that will delight your eyes, nose, mouth and heart. To be sipped at the fireplace in the evening or after an exceptional dinner.
